Frequently Asked Questions: The Address Book

How do I send a message to more than one person in the address book?

To send mail to more than one person, separate their email addresses in the To:, Cc:, or Bcc: header (or a combination of all three) with commas (",").  Do not use semicolons (";") to separate lists of email addresses.

How do I store more than one email address in a Contacts List entry?

In most cases you can store multiple addresses in a single Address book entry simply by listing all the email addresses in the Address book Email field separated by commas. Do not use semicolons (",") to separate lists of email addresses.
Note that the number of addresses that fit in a single entry may be limited.

This will, if you wish, allow you to create a list of people who you frequently email.

How do I list all the entries in my address book?

  1. Click on the Address Book icon in the Inbox screen toolbar.

  2. Select "Name" in the "Find" field.  Leave the "Matching" field empty.

  3. Select "My Address book" in the "From" field.

  4. Press the Search button.  You should see all the entries in your address book listed.

Can I create my own mailing lists?

No. This feature isn't supported in the web client. You can create a "limited" list by storing multiple addresses in a single Address Book entry. See FAQ above.
